2.  Our videos will only play on the computer that was used to originally purchase the license.  That means you cannot burn the video to a disk and play it on your tv.  You cannot buy a video at work and then watch it on your home computer. You cannot purchase a video on your desktop and expect to watch it on your laptop.  

3.  These videos work in the lastest releases of Firefox and Internet Explorer.  Not sure about any other 3rd party browsers or any browser upgrades after January 2010.  Only versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer released before 01/01/10 are eligible for support.

4.  These videos require version 11 of Windows Media Player.  No third party software is supported or encouraged.  As we understand it, Microsoft has come out with Windows Media Player 12 which does not work with our system and is not supported.

5.  If you purchase tokens and they are not working for you, you must contact us within one hour of your token purchase to be eligible for compensation.  Please send us an email.

6.  Our service will not work on Apple / Macintosh.

 

7. A relatively high speed connection is recommended. We suggest at least 1000 kbps.  If you want to check your connection speed, visit http://www.internetfrog.com/mypc/speedtest/  and make sure you're in the green.  We do not recommend wireless connections. 

 

8.  We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

 

9.  This service is temporary.  These downloads do not last forever.  Computers and hard drives get replaced, so understand that when you pay for an unlimited license, it's only unlimited as long as you have that computer with the same configuration.  We do allow you to restore your licenses one time.  Please contact us if you need help with this.   If you are looking for something more long term, we recommend our DVDs which you can find HERE.
